BREAKING: Three Children and Mother of UOSSM Staff Killed by Airstrike
On May 27, an airstrike in a civilian area of Ariha, Idlib- Syria killed three children and the mother of Fadal Fahham, a mobile clinic driver for UOSSM. The two twin girls (Zain and Sham Fahham) were four years old and the boy (Wesam Fahham) was nine years old.

Joint Statement: 44 Syrian and International NGOs Call for Immediate End to Attacks on Civilians and Hospitals in Idlib, Syria
Three million civilians in northwest Syria are scared and many are homeless. With no concrete actions taken beyond political statements and promises, Syria and the world may soon be witnessing the “worst humanitarian tragedy of the 21st century”. Rescue and medical workers on the ground are warning that they have not seen such ferocious attacks in eight years in Idlib. If the conflict continues to escalate, as many as 700,000 people could be displaced from their homes in Syria’s last opposition stronghold.

IDPs Displaced In Northern Syria Spikes To Over 300K, 229 Dead
From April 28 to May 21, the heavy bombing of southern Idlib and Hama has left 229 civilians dead and 727 injured. During the same period, 19 medical facilities were bombed and 49 medical facilities were forced to suspend operations due to attacks on medical facilities. Eight humanitarian aid staff were killed and 10 wounded. The attacks on medical staff and facilities are crippling the medical infrastructure and leaving hundreds of thousands of people without access to medical care.

BREAKING: Maternity Hospital Bombed In Syria
Geneva, Switzerland - On May 15 at 2 pm Damascus time, the Tarmala Maternity and Children’s Hospital in South Idlib, Syria was hit by an airstrike and completely destroyed. Due to heavy targeting of medical facilities in the region, the hospital was evacuated ahead of time. No injuries or casualties were reported. This marks the 19th medical facility bombed in 20 days. The hospital housed many incubators in addition to a dialysis department. The hospital served approximately 6,000 beneficiaries monthly, and its loss is catastrophic for an already crippled medical infrastructure.

Geneva, Switzerland - On May 11 at 1:20 am the Sham hospital in Kafranbel in Idlib, Syria was hit by an airstrike. The hospital was damaged and put out of service. No injuries or casualties were reported.

BREAKING: 13th Medical Facility Bombed Today in Syria, 13 Civilians Killed
Geneva, Switzerland - On May 8 at 6:00 a.m. Damascus time, The Kafr Zeta Primary Health Care Center in Hama, Syria was hit by an airstrike. The facility was heavily damaged and put out of service. No casualties or injuries were reported. This marked the 13th medical facility bombed in 11 days, crippling the medical infrastructure in the region.

Breaking: 3 Hospitals Bombed Today in Syria
Geneva, Switzerland - Three hospitals were targeted and put out of service today in northern Syria. The Nabad Al Hayat Hospital was attacked by airstrikes today at 2:45 PM Damascus time, the underground hospital was completely destroyed. At 3:45 PM Damascus time, the Kafr Zeta Surgical Unit (Cave Hospital) was attacked by airstrikes, partially damaged and put out of service. At 5:40 PM Damascus time, the Kafr Nabl Surgical Hospital was attacked by airstrikes, sustained major damage to the hospital foundation, and was put out of service.
A total of 10 medical facilities have been attacked since April 28, 2019, three medical staff were killed and eight were wounded.

BREAKING: 2 More Medical Facilities Bombed Today In Syria
Geneva, Switzerland - Two more medical facilities were bombed today in Syria for a total of 12 attacked in nine days. On May 6 at 2:00 am the Al-Amal Orthopaedic Surgical Centre in Kansafra south of Idlib, Syria was hit by airstrikes. The facility was heavily damaged and put out of service with no injuries or casualties reported.

BREAKING: Apocalyptic Scenario Beginning In Syria With 77 Killed; Over 150K Displaced
Geneva, Switzerland - In the past 72 hours there has been a surge in airstrikes, barrel bomb attacks and artillery strikes in Idlib and Hama, Syria. At least 77 civilians have been killed and over 150,000 IDPs displaced in the past seven days. Most cities in Northern Hama are almost completely evacuated.
